Preventive maintenance is where Benchmark RV saves customers the most money. A yearly inspection typically costs less than a single unplanned repair — and it's the difference between spotting a small roof seal separation now versus paying to replace rotted underlayment and interior ceiling later.
What a full inspection covers
Our annual inspection is comprehensive. Roof surface, all seals and lap sealant, sidewalls, slide-out seals and mechanicals, and awnings. Chassis-side: tires, tread depth, DOT age, pressures, wheel bearings, brake wear, suspension components. Electrical: house batteries load-tested, chassis battery, converter/inverter output, shore power operation, and generator run test. Plumbing: system pressure test, water heater, water pump, propane leak test, all appliance function checks.
